• Choose the right conveyancer from a hand-picked selection based on personal circumstances and track their case online within an app provided by the law firm they choose.
• Speak to the Optimus service team who are available at the end of the phone between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
• Have their home survey completed with minimal wait times (on average within two weeks!) by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated surveyors.
